Over the school summer holidays, #StockportMHST teamed up with Stockport County and Autisk to offer HAF provisions for children & young people across Stockport 🎨🫟

All children who attended took part in activities for 4 weeks based on the 5 Ways to Wellbeing.

6 months since my #type1diabetes diagnosis, and wow 🤯. It’s been a huge learning curve- I had no idea how tough it would be. Moving jobs and house right after was a challenge, but I’m so grateful for Fraser, my friends, family, and my new team for being so supportive.
