My visit to Tooro and @ObukamaBwaTooro remains a cherished memory, marked by the warmth of its people, the friendships we shared, the weather and the rich heritage of service I encountered.

With that personal connection, I warmly congratulate Akiiki @toorokingdompm Amstrong upon his reappointment as Interim Prime Minister of @ObukamaBwaTooro. May you continue to uphold the Baragirakiki legacy of service and leadership.

I also congratulate the young and energetic Omubiito Abooki @katocypben Rwakatale upon his reappointment as Deputy Head of the Babiito Royal Clan.

May God grant you both wisdom, strength and grace as you serve.

I remember when @FrankGashumba said this and people insulted him. Now the Katikkiro is saying the same thing. In fact, @frankbalkazerg1, these discussions should be held monthly.

Hundreds of Ugandans turned out for the second Independence Marathon, rallying behind the “Save a Mother” campaign to strengthen access to lifesaving blood for expectant mothers.

With support from @stanbicug and other partners, the initiative is raising funds for a modern cold storage facility at Mengo Rotary Blood Bank.

Give people an opportunity and watch what they build.

When women and young people have access to skills, resources, markets and mentorship, they turn ideas into income.

@rotaryd9213 works with communities to open doors to economic opportunity and resilience.

Less than four months after chartering, @RCBuwaate is already showing what a strong foundation can look like.

for my 30th vist ,I put the reports aside and listened to the people. Their stories of growth, connection and service gave me a deeper sense of who this young club is. I told them I had “fallen in love” with Buwaate.

Fastest charter in @rotaryd9213 , a culture of giving and a strong community focus. My message was simple, be present, build a strong foundation and lead by example.

During this most sad moment in Uganda (following the recent deaths of icons), the news of the She Cranes victory at the Netball Africa Cup in Nairobi, beating South Africa 56 - 53, is such a BIG consolation!!!!!!

Congratulations our girls....you always find that special moment to make Uganda smile 😃 👋🏾👌🏾👏🏾💪🏾!!!!!!CPM.

Every human being has equal value. Every single one.

At the United Nations General Assembly, I challenged a world that still decides whose lives deserve protection and whose suffering can be ignored.

No race is superior. No people are disposable. Until we honour that truth, "everywhere is war" remains a warning we have failed to heed.

What the world needs now is love, with the courage to confront injustice and defend our shared humanity.

Love and a little kindness. For everyone.

What a day it was. Final whistle, tired legs, big smiles.

Football has a funny way of bringing out the competitor in all of us. Some came for the trophy, others came for the bragging rights, and a few are probably still negotiating with their legs!

Congratulations to Rotary Club of Mapeera, Rotaract Club of Gayaza Football and @CentenaryBank on your victories.

My heartfelt appreciation to @RotaryKiwatule , our partners, players, supporters and volunteers for making the 10th Rotary 5-A-Side Tournament a beautiful celebration of fellowship, friendship and family.

We may compete on the pitch, but we remain one Rotary family.

Yesterday I performed my “RotaWife”duties when I escorted my partner Charter President @KayoChris and his Rotary Club of Buwaate to the 10th Edition of the #5AsideFootballTournament organised by @RotaryKiwatule.

What a powerful day it was!

Now, as a gender activist I should maybe send send the bill to @RCBuwaate for this unpaid dare work = gender roles as 1st Lady 😂🤭😂
