@Uber_Support DM has been sent. Also I got a Support message that this driver found an item in their car. The inbox Support message has a link for me to confirm if its mine. But when I click I get the same message that I can't because the ride was cancelled.

Hello. Today requested a ride. I got into the car but driver and I agreed to cancel. So I cancelled and had to come down from the car. But I lost my key. The issue now is that I can't report a lost item on the Uber app because that trip was cancelled. Help!
