Sometimes we need to talk to people and entice them to do what we want them to do. This exposes the unprofessionalism in police

@rwomchechen So sad that kidnaps and torture have become the new normal and we have turned to defending those in charge of them than condemning those acts. Kivumbi's statements are wrong and uncalled for but the normal arresting procedures are worth following 👈🏽 . We need a national dialogue
