@IkejaElectric your audacity to still have people on band A in Lagos with the recent abysmal supply is criminal to say the least, you simply just continue to show yourself as just another one of the five fingers of a leprous hand @gidi
@MmegiOnline Cleanness is a culture, it's an everyday thing, kids should grow up with the mentality, laws should punish wrong doers, reward that do. Councils should've adequate equipment to deliver on Cleanness. Not this situation where they are ill equipped &people meet once a month to clean
I am not neurotypical.
So, one of the biggest wars I have to wage is the war with my brain.
For example, if I wanted to study for an exam for 2-3 hours, it may take me upwards of an hour trying to arrange my reading space and make the conditions suitable for me.
It's not just the arranging; it is that as I try to clean the table, I may find a used cup of coffee.
I will then take that to the kitchen.
When I get to the kitchen, I will feel the need to do the dishes, and then I will remember that there are clothes in the washing machine that need to be dried up and then that I need to defrost the chicken for dinner.
I could go on and on like that and may never get to the studying.
That's how my brain works.
So, to achieve anything meaningful in any typical day, I am always ready to teach my brain not to wander.
I say words like: 'Ore, we are reading now' or 'Ore, schedule that meeting now'.
I also always have a writing pad beside me where I write the task I need to do in capital letters. This way, when I look at the pad, I can recall what I need to do amid distractions.
My work is intense, so if I don't have a structure, I will do everything without completing anything meaningfully.
I don't know why I am telling you this, but self-awareness is critical if you want to succeed.
The more of yourself you know, the more you can build winning structures and systems.
@_nonconformist1 The whole of Ekiti and Ondo state has only one functional place where you can do an MRI Scan.. my brother.... This is wishful thinking..
