I have a story on the hospitality of Oberoi. Few years ago I had hosted a party at Oberoi Gurgaon. When I was leaving I asked for some of the food to be packed for the cab driver (for him to eat the next morning as he would have already had dinner). It was taking inordinately long and I inquired about it, somewhat irritated as it was 2 am. The hotel manager came with the package and apologised saying they had cooked the food fresh, so that the driver would not have to eat leftover food the next day. I was so gobsmacked and appreciative of their thoughtfulness. This is the legacy of PRS Oberoi. “Quality happens when you care enough to demand the best”. Om Shanti 🙏
