@tescomobile my mother who is 91 received a text message to say she could have a free upgrade before 3G goes. We have been to Tesco now 3 times as no phone has arrived this is her lifeline if anything happens to her and still no phone call from Tesco to sort this it’s dreadful

@TescosMobile so 3G is stopping tomorrow. My mother 91 received a text to say get free upgrade of phone as hers will be obsolete. Went to Tescos 2 weeks ago and a form was filled out to get new one delivered and nothing has come. What does she do Tescos?

@EastHerts my 90 year old mother has phoned the council on several occasions to have her old bins taken and yet they refuse. Shes not on social media and had full bins not taken when they were due and we was in holiday to help her with the swap over. Can someone please help.

@VirginAtlantic shocking Customer Service booked flights a week ago and no confirmation email, called Wednesday and told to keep waiting and called again today and they hung up. Cannot book
Hotels or anything and just want my booking cancelled so I can go with another provider.

@British_Airways It is now beyond belief that we first made a complaint with BA about a holiday and still being fobbed off with emails that 4 months on there is no personal contact from anyone. Looking to book again with BA but will never deal with a company this shocking again.

@AmazonUK We have just had this delivered and it says it was sold by Amazon. Damaged and probably not the right weight if it has split and also not sure if anything has been added to the bag and could be harmful to our dogs. Please advise how we send this back to you.

@AmazonHelp @AmazonUK I have gone through the process of returning then says item cannot be returned. It then asks me to continue and says damaged items can be returned and a link that takes me back to the same page which says it cannot be returned. We cannot give this to dogs as worried contaminated.

@British_Airways Finding it hard to believe we have logged a complaint with BA Holidays 1st on 29th Oct and last communication 19th Nov and still no reply about it. Dreadful Customer Services BA it’s put me off booking ever again 😡

@pandocruises 24th July was my last email to customer services about a complaint for a miss sold holiday. Seriously P&O this is our first and potentially last holiday with you. To have no reply for weeks is unacceptable customer service.

@pandocruises after 5 phone calls and 2 emails with no reply no refund for Tesco vouchers after wasting many hours holding on for customer services. Now taken advice and wish to cancel holiday as it is deemed as mis-sold. First time booking with P&O and possibly last time!
