@japan_nobunaga 18% is normal service. 20% is for solid service where nothing is wrong. Anything higher requires exceptional service. What's really gotten out of hand is who takes tips. It used to be only sit-down restaurants where they bring the food to you or deliveries.
@japan_nobunaga All our units are legally defined in terms of Metric already, the US adopted it as the legal standard before many other countries, we just never forced people to use it, so we have a mishmash of usage of units. You'll still see a lot of things in liters and milliliters though.
@NMFreed The Path of Motus for the PS4. Realistically, I know that at least 844 people have played it from PSNProfiles data, but it still feels extremely obscure. https://t.co/iz1mXSdyr9
Start of a post-mortem on my home lab.
Lessons:
- avoid putting off migrations and replacements to the last minute, be proactive
- plan better for remote hands, or operations ahead of time, especially for long trips abroad with the family
- never use SMR disks on a NAS
- ZFS, yay
@SamsungUS has the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. Have been fighting with them since my washer broke on 11/28. It was less than a year old. There is still no repair appointment or remedy, and they refuse to refund me.
@voroh_studio Hello, I finished the Linux Appimage version of the game, and got an exception. I've pasted the output of the game on the terminal to a pastebin. https://t.co/MQz1BvISwK Seems like an easy enough one to fix.
