We knew it would be subject to some CGT and worked with it BUT NOW, this changes things and screws us completely. Not sure now what to do. Will wait til someone overturns this madness. 🤬

@ausstockchick Same. Put a property on mkt in Jan - not sold. Another last week, some interest, another next month - we'll see. One is my PPOR. Nothing to do with Govt as I was planning this for liferstyle anyway. But now Govt has screwed my future & that of my tenants. F*^k them. I'll pivot.
