@M_k_m_93@Tileatss as long as you’re getting the protein needed for maximum muscle growth ( .7-1g per lb of body weight) most people are going to be better off having the rest of their daily cals coming from carbs vs protein given they’re a stronger source of energy if you’re actively working out
@M_k_m_93@Tileatss yeah if that works for you that’s great - but for most carbs are necessary for energy to have quality lifts, cardio sessions, and just general cognitive ability
potatoes are great - super satiating. probably the best carb source out there
