LinkedIn: Today I made a decision, to take charge and drive growth for a mobility startup.
I didn’t ask for a position, I didn’t submit a CV, I simply saw a gap and filled it without permission. That’s boldness, that’s strength and that’s determination.
Once a while, you get the opportunity to truly show what you’re good at, things a mere CV or resume can’t explain, that’s where the real value lies.
Me taking charge of the customer onboarding process today wasn’t the achievement, but the fact that I reduced onboarding time by over 95%, for over 1 hour to 10 minutes on my first day. Now that’s the achievement.
I’m sharing this so when next you see an opportunity, I want you to remember that you don’t need permission to show that to the capable.
I greatly underestimated how big Druski’s skit was gone be. It’s nearly double the white boy one. Don’t get me started on the discourse!

The safest way to travel is by plane. Do you know why?
Because they crash.
A few months ago, I learned a concept called Black Box Thinking which is a system that defines how entire industries respond to failure.
In aviation, when a plane crashes, they don't just look for who to blame.
They find a device called a Black Box, retrieve the data, and then ask what went wrong with the system.
And there is a reason for this.
To explain this, there is a famous story of a crash involving an Asian airline years ago.
When investigators listened to the recording from the black box, they found the engine didn't just fail on its own, the junior pilot actually noticed a mistake.
But because of a cultural hierarchy in Asia that demanded absolute respect for elders, he didn't question his senior pilot.
Instead, he hinted and spoke softly and the plane crashed.
That tragedy changed aviation safety forever.
It moved the focus from "Who made the mistake?" to "Why did the system allow this mistake?"
As we stand on the 29th of December, looking back at 2025, I want you to adopt this strategy of Black Box Thinking.
Most of us look at our failures this year and feel shame.
We hide the crash, and blame the economy, government, or something that does not exist.
But Black Box thinking demands a harder question: "How did I contribute to this problem?"
Did I stay silent when I should have spoken up?
Did I rely on motivation instead of a system?
Did I ignore the data because of my ego?
Don't bury your failures of 2025.
Open the box and analyze it.
Because that is the only way to fly safer in 2026.

Few weeks ago,I had nothing on me
All my accounts combined together, I don't have N1000 and I have heavy bills to sort
My daughter's school fees, some debts,my sister's acceptance fee was there too
But there's a widow close to my shop that I made it a duty to give foodstuffs often to help ease her burden a little as she has 4 kids and she just has a small table where she sells pepper
It has been ringing in my heart to go give her some again as the last one was about a month ago then
But I was dead broke myself and I really need help but my mind won't rest about her
So the next day,I borrowed 2k from a close friend, got to the shop, packed some foodstuffs for her and went to give her
The moment she saw me,I could see the joy and lights in her eyes
And she said "Ahh aunty Ronke,my kids didn't even eat to school this morning,I am just here sad and praying for a miracle"
I almost cried hearing that😔
At the same time,I was praying in my heart for God to show up for me too
Omoh her prayers that day were heavy and I left there feeling so happy and fulfilled
The next day, @MadProfitGuy gave me a patronage of 500k
I dey look my phone dey ask God "Naso you dey do?
I didn't know how it was going to happen but I have this strong believe that God will never fail me and he surely didn't
