#GMB Training the receptionists will just put more pressure on them in an already difficult role. I lasted 5 months in the role, the most difficult job I’ve ever done. It’s all very well triaging the patient but ultimately the receptionist cannot do anything!

@BenFerguson3J Yeah agree. Sentences aren’t harsh enough because there isn’t the space in prisons, then they chuck them out with no help so they go back to old ways. There is nothing in place to make these lads want to be better. Same with county lines, they just don’t know any different sadly.

@gleeson711 @BenFerguson3J Yeah but when you’re surrounded by gangs I would imagine it’s hard to be any other way. That’s the problem, there isn’t a lot for teenagers and young people to do these days so they just go about being dickheads.
