@Wickes I’ve requested for a complaint to be raised by email and by tweeting. I have still not received a response. Why is it taking me 4 months to raise a complaint?!
@Wickes I’ve been trying to raise a complaint by sending an email to customer services but have had no response. I raised an issue in June but it has still not been resolved. I’ve sent chasers after chasers but no response. Please advise how I can escalate.
