@PalazzoVegas floors 3-10 stink like raw sewage in the 800 wing. The air purifiers aren’t the answer. Fix the problem and stop having guests sleep in methane gas rooms.

@VenetianVegas I hate to raise a big stink here, it’s day 2 of rotten egg sewage at the Palazzo. Front desk sent up an engineer who claimed he didn’t smell it. The house keeping staff sided with me and agreed they can. A 56.99 resort fee refund and moving rooms isn’t the answer
