@SF_England Your automated phone system doesn't answer query. I received a letter saying payment for ac. yr. 23-24 are stopped as I'm no longer attending my uni course. Has someone applied for finance under my name? A student support No. with LVPL at the start was noted on the letter.

@SLC_Repayment I received a letter from you (supposedly) saying you're stopping my tuition fee loan for 2023/24... but I haven't had a tuition fee loan for many many years. Could this be a fraudulent letter? It cites a Student Support Number, but no CRN written anywhere. What to do?

@juggatt @PolitlcsUK Youth often opt not to open their mouth if they think they will be judged negatively for their words. They often opt out of digiral recordings as they're highly aware how these can be used against them. Their silence here is no surprise at all.
