@Uber is not a good company, bad customer service, can’t believe they had the audacity to ask if I wanted reserve my next ride in advance after what they did.

@Uber_Support@Uber@Uber_Support no help from DM, Uber thinks it is ok to cancel the rescheduled ride and then charge more for the day of, charging more and making us late. Looks like Lyft or Taxis in the future for us
@Uber worst customer service. Had a pre planned ride in Rome, driver accepted, then cancelled after accepting pickup, then had to pay $60 more for a new ride. Can’t even contact anyone…

God forbid someone gets in accident, and you pay extra for 20% extra on the cost of your vehicle, and even with that the offer you get doesn’t replace the car you sadly lost. Just sad and disappointed
We are just so disappointed in the delays and the run around. I previously would have highly recommended your company, but now we will be telling how we had to settle for less and will not recommend

My daughter was in an accident over a month ago, we paid for the extra 20% on our vehicle, for accident forgiveness and everything. Even with the extra 20%, the offer we have received can’t afford us to get a vehicle replacement of the same value
KBB is not properly valuing for the actual market and your team even when we ask to show us where we can get the same vehicle for that price, refused to share the comparables.
@dannyoneil Would rather see someone like Jake Haener in a trade for a late round pick, where we are assured he can run Grubbs offense. Toughest part for Fields for me, you have to make a decision on his 5th year by early May, which no matter what you have to overpay
