@MartinSLewis need help with a refund that is being offered by @Gootickets. They are trying to deduct a service charge 10% which is not mentioned in t&Cs. This is for all cancelled F1 races. What should we do (lots of people affected) do we accept the proposal and dispute??

@Gootickets Please can you explain the 10% theft of a so called service charge??? This seems to be happening to all your customers ranging between 10 and 20% which i have read. This is not mentioned in any t&Cs. I expect a full refund not a portion of it
