I don't know who needs to hear this, but the wheelchair space on a bus is a WHEELCHAIR space. It's not a 'wheelchair and buggy' space. If there's no one in a wheelchair on your bus, you can have your buggy there, but the moment a wheelchair user gets on, pack it up and MOVE.
