We demonstrate that image-based machine learning strategies using MRI data can enhance existing molecular testing, offering a noninvasive, presurgical, and cost-effective method for predicting medulloblastoma molecular subgroups. This open dataset aims to advance global medulloblastoma research and improve patient survival rates worldwide.
