If you really want to meet your goals...stop giving up. Stop making excuses. Stop half assing. Stop waiting for next week or next month or the new year. Stop holding yourself back.
Always thinking about food and eating doesn’t mean you’re just a foodie & love food. It means 1) you’re not eating enough or 2) you’re not allowing yourself certain foods/food groups. This leads to OVEREATING. Always.
If you aren’t working on your stress level, sleep quality & learning to love + appreciate yourself for who you are, you will never completely get to a healthy body.
You can temporarily but things will always revert back.
Start with the stories & things you tell yourself.
Restriction leads to cravings. Saying “I can’t have that, that food is bad” puts your attention on it. You think about it & build it up in your brain. If you would make of a habit of enjoying the food when you want it & moving on, the food would lose its power.
What does “saving calories” for a special meal really do? It makes you crazy hungry assuring that you overeat on that special meal. Have balanced, regular meals & remember a special meal here or there is not going to effect your progress.

The policing of women’s bodies must end. The “respect” that’s needed is for the exceptional talent @serenawilliams brings to the game. Criticizing what she wears to work is where the true disrespect lies. https://t.co/ioyP9VTCxM
Dieting is a consistent predictor of weight gain – 2/3 of us regain MORE weight than lost! Restriction = ignoring internal signals of hunger & fullness, leading to being out of touch with your body’s natural hunger and satiation signals.
