1) Don’t put too much pressure on yourself. It’s not a time for perfection; it’s a time for grace.
2) The students would still love to hear from you. Stay connected if you can.
3) Take care of yourself and your family. They’re still your #1.

I remember my daughter telling me that she had a teacher who announced that he was changing up how he was doing a certain activity. He said, “I’m not having fun with this, and if I’m not having fun… I know YOU’RE not having fun.” Props to the teachers who reflect… and adjust!
