ICE is arresting illegal immigrants at a record pace.

The agency made roughly 51,000 immigration arrests in July, federal sources say — the highest monthly total in its history and an average of about 1,645 arrests every single day.

It's the second straight month ICE has broken its all-time arrest record after June's 43,000 arrests, as the Trump administration continues its aggressive immigration crackdown.

The surge comes as thousands of new ICE agents hit the streets and the agency receives billions in new funding approved during Trump's second term. ICE has also expanded operations nationwide, including making more than 30 arrests at U.S. airports in July.
