@CurrysServices on 4th Dec I took two Nintendo Switch consoles to your Cardiff Store (2154) to be fixed under my care plan. A week later, I had a call to say they'd been written off, and i'd get a voucher via email to cover the value.
He knew nothing of my complaint! Poor staff!! They are helpless because they don't have the systems in place or procedures to follow in order to solve a simple problem.
@CurrysServices@currys - Customer Services is shocking. Still waiting on a voucher... And no one seems to be able to help. I've just been told that they have escalated this and I'll receive a response within 24-48 hours. I'm having surgery tomorrow!

What a mess! I'm still waiting to get the vouchers - checking my emails and messages (including junk) everyday - but nothing... How can your systems be so poor! I feel sorry for your staff having to deal with this day in day out! Please can someone get back to me asap!
