@SteeleThoughts Ss notice the way their Ts interact. They notice how some Ts and classes collaborate and some don't. Ss notice & wonder why it's ok for adults to do it, when the same adults ask kids to be kind and expect them to work collaboratively. "do as I say not as I do". Ss are spot on
@SteeleThoughts Students need to see adults in positive relationships; working together, sharing, laughing, making it work. Actions reveal real lessons, not words. They observe and internalize more than we know!
