Kelly Forrester

YOU'RE A WIZARD HARRY.

[Kelly Forrester @KellyForrester1]

@British_Airways oh look I haven't even been sat next to my fiancé for our 13hr flight home. Happy engagement holiday! #thanksBA

[Kelly Forrester @KellyForrester1]

@British_Airways thanks for nothing then. I'm sure it'll be as awful as previous flight/s

[Kelly Forrester @KellyForrester1]

@British_Airways just over a week ago, flying back with you on Saturday and not looking forward to it at this rate

[Kelly Forrester @KellyForrester1]

@British_Airways do you reply to customer complaints or?

[Kelly Forrester @KellyForrester1]

@Edinburgh_CC don't send me letters demanding funds you already have and threaten CCJs when I've paid my council tax then not contact me!

[Kelly Forrester @KellyForrester1]

@virginmedia beyond dreadful customer service and media service! I don't pay each month for access online when YOU decide!

[Kelly Forrester @KellyForrester1]

@BarclaysOnline I'm tired of chasing this incompetent bank. Call me and fix it!

[Kelly Forrester @KellyForrester1]

@BarclaysOnline that someone would be in contact urgently. That was 4/5 days ago now. Things have escalated from my original complaint

[Kelly Forrester @KellyForrester1]

@BarclaysOnline stop playing me around! DO SOMETHING!!!!!

[Kelly Forrester @KellyForrester1]

@BarclaysOnline I have called and get transferred to teams that can't help! Get someone to call me that can do something!

[Kelly Forrester @KellyForrester1]

@BarclaysOnline yes - the one nothings been done about for 3 weeks now

[Kelly Forrester @KellyForrester1]

@BarclaysOnline you're as useful as a chocolate teapot!!!!!!!

[Kelly Forrester @KellyForrester1]

@BarclaysOnline he will do the same - I will also be taking this further and advising everyone to stay away from this bank

[Kelly Forrester @KellyForrester1]

@BarclaysOnline that's just not good enough it should've been done! I will just close my Barclays account as soon as my partner is home

[Kelly Forrester @KellyForrester1]

@BarclaysOnline I work Mon- Fri 9-5, so can't get to branch. Why should I run about for the bank?! This all should've been done 3 weeks ago

[Kelly Forrester @KellyForrester1]

@BarclaysOnline but when? As said previously I'm late in bill payments because of this

[Kelly Forrester @KellyForrester1]

@BarclaysOnline call with a resolve or at least an apology, both myself and my partner will close our Barclays accounts

[Kelly Forrester @KellyForrester1]

@BarclaysOnline but for 3 weeks I've had no access. I'm now in financial difficulty and severe emotional distress. If I do not receive a 1/2

[Kelly Forrester @KellyForrester1]

@BarclaysOnline I'm now late in payments, have been left crying and stressed at work because of all this and no one will help me at barclays

[Kelly Forrester @KellyForrester1]

@BarclaysOnline Yes I've logged a formal complaint and I was added as third party. Still no access to funds as no telephone banking
