We had a refrigerator delivered 11/29/25 w/ a broken handle. Service guy came out a few days later and couldn’t fix. Ordered parts (we received) and can’t get anyone out to resolve. Also, found water damage to sheetrock and wall where ur installers hooked up water @lowes
Update, they did come out and replace the door handle. However, I am still having trouble getting Lowe’s staff to respond to my emails, phone calls, and text messages regarding the water damage in my home. Please help. @lowes
@Lowes We’ve been dealing with this issue since the end of Nov. I sent the DM you requested early this morning and have yet to hear from anyone that works for Lowe’s. I don’t feel like anyone’s escalating anything at this point. Please prove me wrong. @lowes
@Lowes This information has been sent multiple times. Do you not habe it from previous DM’s that we sent? Does it need to be sent again? I feel like y’all try to make this process almost impossible so customers will ultimately give up.
@Tennessee_Mojo Same here and I’ve been very selective about the days and conditions in which I’ve hunted. This will prob go down as the season with the least # of hunts for me.
