@Neverland126 @currys This happened to me and @currys were appalling. In the end I did a charge back with my bank who refunded the money to me and they raised a dispute directly with currys. I think you have to wait a couple of weeks before you can do this but contact the bank if currys don't help

@snappyscrappy @currys Call your bank and ask for a charge back. They might be able to refund the money and then raise a dispute with @currys to get it back from them. I did it last week and the bank refunded me within 45 mins. Good luck!

@Alextarchitect @currys I think you have to wait 14 days from the date money taken but then try doing a charge back with your bank if you get nowhere with currys. The bank can refund the money and then raise a dispute directly with @currys I did it and the bank refunded the money within 45 mins

@RayStorey5 Hi, I'm with Halifax but I think most banks operate charge backs in the same way. It was a 15 minute call and money in my account 45 mins later. I just couldn't waste anymore time with currys, they are appalling. I just hope the bank charge them a hefty admin fee!
