Read about effective allyship. Educate yourself about systemic racism. Teach others why #BlackLivesMatter. Don’t assume that you understand the struggle. Do the work so that in the future, this world won’t lose innocent people to police brutality.

@istillcantdogym I’m sure she’ll still compete in college gymnastics for the rest of her time there. But I absolutely could see her retiring from elite — she’s 24, and the sport gets harder with age. She’s also crushing it in Paris. It seems like the perfect time to stop. Love watching her, tho!
