The woman allowed the possibility of sperm impregnating her. Putting 100% of the responsibility on the man in that situation is completely unreasonable.

It’s just how our species is made. Also, “women don’t get the same deal as men, therefore they get to kill someone” is not a sound argument.

Unless you are referring to him getting a vasectomy, in which case she also could have gotten her tubes tied. It takes two gametes to reproduce.
