@johnsgunn Even if a kid said it, that doesn't mean it was taught. When my daughter was little (before school), in a burst of "girl power" ferver, I told her she could grow up to be whatever she wanted. Her face lit up when she told me she wanted to be a monkey. Kids say stuff.
@premierbhiggs I know removing protections for LGBTQ kids is top priority. But an elementary school having hate symbols painted on the playground should get some attention and @AnglophoneEast should finally provide security and give video evidence of this hate crime to @RCMPNB.
@premierbhiggs A parent's role to accept their child. If the child feels unsafe sharing this information with their parent, there is a reason, and that parent has failed them.
