@DandG_Support what am I actually paying for?? I’ve been trying to book a repair for over a week and your online system isn’t working and the phone advisors tell me they can’t do it either?? You manage to keep taking my £15 a month though! Appalling service
I booked (& reluctantly paid) for bulky waste collection on July 6th. Two ‘collection windows’ have passed, yet I still have a bath sitting at the end of the drive whilst trying to sell my house! This is simply unacceptable for a revenue generating service @Kent_cc@susanjcarey
.@WhatsApp could someone please tell me how to contact / speak to someone at WhatsApp about hacking? No telephone number and no response from multiple emails. I can see someone using my account but can’t do anything to stop it!!
. @WhatsApp help, my account has been hacked and I’m now unable to get into it. I’ve been sent multiple activation codes and none of them worked and now my account is locked.

@SkyHelpTeam we pay a significant amount of money each month to be on the fastest @SkyUK broadband package, our wifi is dropping out on average 5-10 times a day & your solution is to ask the community to help!?! Not the customer service answer I expected!
@Nickiw1980@SkyHelpTeam We’re also meant to have super duper system that already has a boost box but it’s constantly dropping out now making it really difficult to wfh!!
Really struggling to wfh & home school @SkyHelpTeam - wifi is up & down all day every day. I’ve tried calling but unless you’re a key worker you can’t speak to anyone!
