My main account got false banned for being associated to a different account. This account is linked to the email that a hacker put on my account from before and now I am basically being punished for it.

Banned on Roblox & AI bot auto-rejects appeals. Fine with mine, but my bro’s 8yo acc got banned just for sharing our home IP/device (logged in ONCE). He played daily for 8 yrs & did nothing wrong. I feel so guilty. Over 3M accs banned w/ zero clarity. Fix this @Roblox #FreeRoblox

More than half of recent complaints are regarding an enforcement ban and @Roblox failing to provide each case with a fair chance at appealing.

Most cases taking place in the month of October.

This is not a coincidence. This is an error.

By wrongfully removing loyal, good-standing players from their platform, they are actively damaging their own reputation, eroding player trust, and driving away the very community that keeps their business thriving. A company cannot afford to keep pushing away the people who built its success.
