What a joke of a company @AsdaServiceTeam @asda are take money from peoples accounts deliver no food but say the will refund in 5 working days with a bank hol and weekend thrown in shambles of a company zero customer service skills zero empathy

@Arsenal needs to sort there customer service out I have called 33 times this morning each time I wait get to number 1 in the que and the phone gets cut off. Left messages sent an email no one is getting back to me I need help with a large order that has been lost
