During this Thanksgiving season, our staff have been reflecting on thankfulness and counting the things we are grateful for. How wonderful to be surrounded by church communities and what a gift we have in God's steadfast love and mercy!
What in your life are you thankful for?
Trine’s story in this month’s newsletter is a reminder that addiction is not biased. It’s an equal opportunity evil.
But something even more powerful exists, and it doesn’t discriminate either – the love of Jesus.

July was the second hottest month on record with a daily average temp. of 102 degrees.
This summer our Street Outreach team has rescued over 300 individuals off the streets and provided over 800 transports to heat relief centers. The heat isn't done yet, but neither are we.
This past Saturday we hosted our annual Back to School Event!
We had over 500 people attend and were able to give out 372 backpacks, over 750 new school uniforms, and over 350 pairs of shoes! Thank you to everyone who donated. It wouldn't have been a success without you!

One of the most beautiful parts of working with our clients is when there is a reunification with their children. This December, one of our mothers was reunited with both of her kids. We pray that the work we do continues to push towards more restoration of relationships.
We wish you a Merry Christmas! 🎄Today, we celebrate the hope we have been given that God sent his only son to save us from our sins, and in Him, we have eternal life!
6 months ago we shared the story of Pete. He was in a cycle of addiction that led him to believe that he could do nothing without drugs. Since his arrival, he has found so much more than sobriety and is in our Ministry Training program, giving back in the same way he was helped.
