Mt Kenya is one special region characterized with political tolerance. They welcomed the same person who has fucked up their livelihood & impeached their son. When Uhuru sidelined Ruto, Rift-valley leaders used to threaten him daily. This same Ruto was almost stoned to death in Kondele for being a stumbling block in Raila's presidential ambitions. We have a lot to learn from Murima folks as the Kalenjins & Luos. Infact, we should be the last people to call Kikuyus tribal.
