@watershipcujo @jamster83 Ok, just watched episode 3 and take it all back, it's bollocks. They're barely mentioning Tom Mesereau's total dismantling of the prosecution witnesses. Unless saving for episode 4 but highly doubt it.

@RebelDiamond_ Gavin Arvizo wasn't paid off. They had to have the criminal trial first before they could pursue a civil case. Not guilty and no settlement paid.
