@MildManneredJoe @waitwhatweird @FOX9 Your argument is that the bullet came from the front of the car to the headrest. It went through a hole on the far side towards the door. If you are saying it hit the headrest, he’d have to be on the side. Or are you saying bullet 2 or 3 hit the headrest?

Why would you think someone would be sideways like this in front of the car? If this were the case, he’d be a pancake. His feet don’t move from this point. He fires from this stance.

@_thenowjones @waitwhatweird @FOX9 The car is moving away from him. His feet are point towards the car from the side. If he was being hit here, he’d move backwards after this. He keeps walking towards the car, firing as the car gets further away.

@TonyPaj68779333 @FOX9 Agents are telling her to move. Instead of letting her move, he draws a gun a kills her. He made a choice and he’s going to jail for it. You can clearly see he’s on the side of the car while pulling the gun.

How’s he on the hood if she backed up first, unless he’s moving his body in front of the car to stop and shoot her?
