@RFCoach_ Dedicated his time to hone in those attributes and everything else. I see his determination to win everything, even training games with mates. That’s what makes him so good. It’s like he spent day and night 7 days a week training every attribute and muscle group.

@coachingbadges My son refereed a friendly where one team scored with a few minutes to go and then to waste time they kicked the ball out as far as possible as soon as they got it. Under 12s boys. That instruction comes from the manager and/or parents. Winning is more important it seems at grass
