@UBAGroup what is wrong with ur echannel platforms (e.g Mobile app and UBAdirect) I can't seem to access my account on them? Are u aware of any general downtime or is this peculiar to me.

@FBN_help Today being 12-12-2020, I processed a recharge of my EEDC prepaid acct (45028601578) for N4000 via my bank acct (2032853999) using Firstmobile and I was debited but EEDC token was not sent to me. Pls help and see that EEDC token is sent to my no:(08036255611) urgently.
