🚨REMINDER: Only the motion to invoke cloture has passed; the bill itself has not passed yet. The GENIUS Act will now proceed to the debate and amendment process on the Senate floor.
Will update will timing when I hear more on that.
Heading to DC to champion sensible pro-crypto legislation around stablecoins and market structure, and I’m very encouraged to see our elected officials look at crypto as it should be – a multichain industry.
That said, @SenLummis, as Chair of the Digital Assets Subcommittee, canceled a meeting with me (and won’t reschedule). As a leader in Congress and Senator from one of the most crypto-friendly states (WY), I hope you will reconsider and be a leader for ALL of crypto. I invite you to join me on an X Space anytime (or a live convo onstage at one of the many events we cross paths at) to talk about how to make the US the crypto capital of the world, as is the goal of the Trump Administration. I will continue to do everything possible to support that goal.
The U.S. can still be the boss if it becomes XRP’s godfather instead of its enemy.
This would mean controlling access, owning supply, and shaping the rules.
Just like it did with the dollar after WWII.
$XRP 💰 👀
The goal is to become so rich that you actively feel the need to hide it and play it down because its to much for most people to comprehend.
This is when you have actually made it.
@EleanorTerrett@JohnEDeaton1 Devils advocate…
Then why waste more time, money, man hours by delaying the agreement to a resolution???
“You wasted our time so now go waste more???”
Doesn’t make sense. Unless, it’s not ready yet lol
Real ones know exactly what I’m talking about.
I’m nobody 🤫 🤐 🐂 💩
BREAKING: 🇺🇸 SEC VS. RIPPLE $XRP SETTLEMENT BLOCKED!
Judge Torres REJECTS Ripple-SEC $50M settlement! 🔒
Despite agreement to cut Ripple’s fine from $125M & end injunction, the judge denied the request, citing wrong legal rule (62.1 instead of 60).
Courts need “exceptional circumstances” to undo rulings, which wasn’t argued.
Ripple’s options:
- Refile correctly
- Modify fine only
- Appeal & risk all
The $125M fine & injunction remain, but the real questions is when will this case ever end? 🤔💭

Nothing in today’s order changes Ripple’s wins (i.e. XRP is not a security, etc). This is about procedural concerns with the dismissal of Ripple’s cross-appeal. Ripple and the SEC are fully in agreement to resolve this case and will revisit this issue with the Court, together.
