.@repadamsmith - we urge you to sign a letter led by Reps. Spanberger (D-VA), and others asking HHS to protect safety-net hospitals by stopping Johnson & Johnson's (J&J's) and any other manufacturer's  unlawful move to overhaul the 340B discount model and replace it with a rebate

J&J has also stated they may deny a 340B rebate if they’ve provided a commercial rebate to an insurance payer or PBM. this is diverting 340B dollars from patients in need to billion dollar corporations. Is this what Congress intended for 340B?

Was able to pass more than hour on my @united flight to Denver trying to get their “free” entertainment working but the purchase wifi page had no problem loading every 10 seconds. On the plus side they did offer free yoga lessons so I could plug in my phone under my seat.
