This “fake belly pocket” trend is funny until you realize that a growing belly isn’t just about looks. Excess abdominal fat can increase the risk of NCDs like diabetes, high blood pressure and heart disease.
So, unlike the supermarket belly pocket, the real one shouldn’t be ignored . Eat healthier, stay active, maintain a healthy weight, and check your BP and blood sugar regularly. Prevention is cheaper than treatment!

A question for @IFAB and @FIFA:
Why aren't successful penalty shootout kicks counted as official individual goals?
Exceptional skill, composure, mental strength, and immense pressure. Wish they counted towards a player's official career goal tally?

A question for @RwandaHealth and @ForensicsRwanda:
What is the feasibility of conducting DNA testing at the birth of a child in Rwanda? What would be the legal, ethical, operational, and public health considerations of implementing such an approach?
Congratulations, H.E. Gen. @KagutaMuseveni , upon your inauguration for another term as President of Uganda. Wishing you good health, wisdom, and continued leadership as you steer our nation forward. Long live Uganda!

Uganda’s oil journey is taking shape. I joined an inspection visit to the crude oil pipeline project a strategic investment for jobs, value addition, and long-term growth. I commend the @NRMOnline Government and @KagutaMuseveni for this transformational infrastructure.
@Rwandapolice, kindly consider stronger enforcement against motorcycles overtaking on the right side of moving traffic. It is extremely dangerous to riders, passengers, and other road users. Consistent enforcement and awareness could save lives. Thank you.
