This “fake belly pocket” trend is funny until you realize that a growing belly isn’t just about looks. Excess abdominal fat can increase the risk of NCDs like diabetes, high blood pressure and heart disease.

So, unlike the supermarket belly pocket, the real one shouldn’t be ignored . Eat healthier, stay active, maintain a healthy weight, and check your BP and blood sugar regularly. Prevention is cheaper than treatment!
