After my first #aptahod experience, chatting with @KaraGainer and her team at @APTAtweets was a great way to continue the advocacy conversation! At Duke we model HOD and my team "passed" a support statement for emergent physical therapist work, which actually passed at HOD!
We rounded out today's @Duke_DPT Leadership elective with a discussion on how to lead in the area of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Thanks @LisaVanHoosePT for giving practical and meaningful recommendations for being agents of change no matter our leadership position.
