@BBCNews I queued almost 4 hours in Tenerife two weeks ago due to this. No care at all taken for my well being or for other hundreds that queued. If this was the uk the airports would be prosecuted for treating people like this

@jet2tweets Catherine. You need some senior people here to sort this fiasco. Just got through passport control . We got the airport at 12. 3 gates open for a queue that runs the full length of the airport. Surely somebody should step in and be able to do something like open more gates.

@henrywinter How tickets are bought is changing. Season tickets will be phased out. Eventually Watching football will be like going to Disney. Once a year because it will be so expensive. Clubs wont care because demand will remain
