We actually had a semblance of rule of law back then! Today we have rampant, unrestrained graft and corruption! The poster child of which is John Roberts Citizens United decision which basically put the entire government up for sale to the highest bidder. We have rampant corruption on the Supreme Court, in Congress, and the entire executive branch! It is time for the average American to wake up, fulfill our obligation under the constitution and take back our country through the mechanisms provided to us by the constitution!

There are many of us that believe that Government should not try to guarantee outcomes but it should use its power to level the playing field so as many Americans as possible can achieve their potential. We also believe that if you work a full time job and contribute to society, that you should actually be able to live on that income. That was the case in the 1950’s, 60’s and into the 70’s, but for most people today that is difficult to impossible.

The founding fathers were all immigrants to this land whose families came to escape religious and political oppression! They understood all too well the evil of religious oppression! They separated religion from government as a founding principle for our country. Religion is personal, government is not. If you want to live in a religious theocracy, there are many examples that I encourage you to actually visit. I am confident that once you do, you’ll come running back to America to cherish your freedom!
