Salt is life. It's highly beneficial but big pharma through fake studies continues to demonize it when the actual enemy is sugar from processed foods.
Even the body is designed to regulate salt via the kidneys and excrete the excesses through urine and skin (sweating).
Sugar on the other side is not bad but the excess sugars are the problem. Sugar gets stored and reused whenever needed but most of the time it's never used (from overeating and lack of physical exercises). Therefore it's stored as fat.
The body has no excretory mechanisms for sugar. All of it is reabsorbed by the kidney and the only time it's excreted is when one is diabetic (glycosuria) or when one is under specific diabetic medications that remove it via intestines (feces).
Excess sugar through simple processed carbohydrates is the enemy and people should avoid these highly glycemic foods like corn, processed carbohydrates and fruits.
Practice OMAD, intermittent fasting and regular exercising (specifically weight lifting). Make these a lifestyle and you would have nothing to worry about in the long run.

I saw this one a long time ago. I converted all my music is to hardwares and Lossless formats like FLAC, my movies are in Blu Ray format, books are hardware and few soft copies that are not in any subscription. Subscriptions are slavery coated in a nice language.
Recently, the automotive industry admitted to making billions from subscriptions to applications they used to give for free like navigation systems. The realization that people are willing to pay for things they used to get for free has encouraged this corporate appetite for subscriptions. Now they are pushing for more subscriptions to almost every app in vehicles.
This is the corporate malice and greed for more profits and many people are willing to pay for 'convenience' that doesn't actually exist.
This is part of the grand scheme for mass control. When you own nothing, you become a squatter. Ruto has been used by globalists to accelerate this agenda to ensure that ownership only remains with corporations and individual ownership of any assets is being phased out.
in Kenya the proposed conversion of free hold land ownership to leasehold automatically makes you a squatter on your own land and you are subject to eviction the moment you fail to pay property tax (land rates) which is literally a lifetime subscription to the government.

It's called the Alpha-widow phenomenon. Most of these married women are not married to their first choice men. They 'settle' for the available options and not the men of their choice.
These men don't tickle their fancies nor do they make their ovaries twerk. These are not the men they desire, therefore they are not truly and fully committed to the journey of building solid families with them. These women are fence sitters in their own homes.
