The federal SAVE ACT is trying to silence voters.

SAVE ACT: New voting requirements: 1) birth certificate & 2) current state/fed photo ID w/matching names.

Millions of voters have changed names since birth (by marriage or otherwise) resulting in mismatch b/w our birth cert & state/fed photo ID. Bill has NO defined process for these voters.
