Within just 10 months of the LDF government taking charge, a landmark achievement was realized — a 2.17 lakh sq. ft. IT complex was handed over to Tata Elxsi at the Kinfra Film & Video Park, Thiruvananthapuram. This bold step created over 3,000 high-skilled jobs, empowering our youth with world-class opportunities.

Now, we are proud to announce the next milestone:
✅ A 9-storey, 1.17 lakh sq. ft. green-certified IT complex has been formally handed over to Tata Elxsi in February 2026.
✅ This facility will house cutting-edge labs for EV, connected cars, OTT, 5G, and digital technologies, offering employment to 2,500 professionals.
✅ Built with sustainability at its core, this expansion cements Kerala’s position as a hub for innovation and future-ready industries.

Today marks the realization of a dream project — the International Research Institute of Ayurveda (IRIA) has been inaugurated and dedicated to the nation by Hon. Chief Minister Shri @pinarayivijayan in Kannur.

Built on a sprawling 300-acre campus at Kalliad, this institute is Kerala’s proud contribution to the global community in the field of Ayurveda. The first phase includes:
✅ A 100-bed research hospital
✅ A medicinal plant research centre & nursery
✅ A palm-leaf manuscript study centre

Hon. CM emphasized that this institute will modernize Ayurveda through scientific validation, preserve rare traditional knowledge, and elevate Kerala’s legacy of holistic healing to the world stage.

On 12 February 2026, Bengaluru’s Town Hall became the heart of struggle. During the All India General Strike, Karnataka Police detained members of the @kitu_hq — including a comrade carrying a child.

This image of courage reminds us:
- The fight is not just for today’s workers, but for tomorrow’s generation.
- It is about protecting democratic and human rights in the face of unjust labour codes.
- It echoes the legacy of struggles from Salt Satyagraha to Jallianwala Bagh — proving that freedom and dignity are never handed over, they are won through struggle.

Across India, over 30 lakhs workers joined hands in solidarity, demanding justice and fair labour rights. Banks, transport, and industries felt the pulse of resistance, while Town Hall stood as a symbol of defiance.

Kerala’s digital infrastructure just got a major boost! The tendering process is now complete for the upcoming Government IT Building in Kottarakkara — a landmark project set to transform the region’s tech landscape.

- 🏢 1.47 lakh sq. ft. built-up area
- 💰 ₹85 crore investment
- 📍 Located at Ravi Nagar, on the Kallada Irrigation Project campus
- 🛠️ Part of a ₹293 crore initiative to develop IT parks in Kollam, Kottarakkara, and Kannur
- 🤝 Jointly implemented by KIIFB, KINFRA, and Kollam Corporation

This state-of-the-art facility is designed to attract IT firms, generate local employment, and decentralize Kerala’s tech growth beyond urban centers.
