@ORemployment Webinar had NO clarity on whether those with a regular unemployment claim whose balance hit zero at the end of 2020, should keep filing or restart our claim. One random email that went out earlier this week instructing a restart but all other info says to keep claiming??

@GRDmgz91 @ORemployment Just to add my voice and hopefully get @ORemployment to respond I also got this same email today instructing me to restart my claim...but when I log in to the claims system it still has the same language of continuing to claim weekly but NOT to restart. Lots of confusion...
