After more than 380 miles, 14 incredible days and countless steps, our South West Running Man, and lead nurse of SoNAR, Patrick has crossed the finish line. 

Every day, Patrick helps sick and premature babies make vital journeys between neonatal and special care baby units to the specialist care they need. For the past two weeks, he’s swapped the ambulance for his running shoes to run between all the units in the South West and raise money for Cots for Tots, who support the service.

Thanks to @Aardman, patient families from Bristol Children’s Hospital and fundraisers were invited to a special family screening. There were fun sets from the film, goody bags, ice cream and no spoilers here, but the film got a big Timmy-style thumbs-up from them! 😁

Good luck to Team Aer Studios as they take on an incredible marathon challenge today!

Even the rain could not dampen the spirits of the incredible families and fundraisers who attended Grand Walk today! 🥳⭐

More than 300 brilliant walkers came together at Ashton Court Estate to take on our 1.5km and 5km routes in support of Bristol Children’s Hospital. There were smiles at every turn, with face painting, garden games, children’s entertainment and of course much-loved @GromitUnleashed sculptures.

A huge thank you to everyone who walked, fundraised, volunteered, cheered from the sidelines or helped bring the day to life and to Family Adventures Group for sponsoring this year’s event. We were especially delighted to see so many families returning too. 💙

What an unforgettable day. We hope you are heading home feeling proud, inspired and part of something truly special. 🥳

Weekly Token + Narrative Watchlist 🔎

With the market heating up, let's look into some of the most interesting plays this week.👇

$BTC: Price held at the key $25k support level (despite adversity), and bounced nicely. Huge recent 15% uptick in open interest is very intriguing, alongside outperformance vs equities. Price is moving like someone knows something (ETF approval maybe?). Paying close attention.

$STX (+ $BCH & $XEC): All beta #Bitcoin alt plays. With dominance recently on the rise, these could be a decent way to capture upside if BTC keeps moving upwards (all part of the BTC narrative leading into the halving). Keep in mind you are assuming more risk by dabbling here.

$ARB: Some large players capitulated last week, resulting in millions of $ in ARB sent to exchanges. Consequentially, ARB hit its most oversold level in its history according to the RSI on the daily. However, there are positives here: Arbitrum have just confirmed their inagural incentive program, with 50M ARB will be distributed to active Arbitrum protocols that apply for a grant. Additionally, the looming EIP-4844 will be a strong tailwind for L2s.

$LINK: LINK's weekly chart continues to amaze - in the clearest of accumulation patterns. One day this will break up, and force everyone to buy higher. Recently pivoted nicely from the bottom of the range, still in the lower half. A move to the top of the range at $8.5 is still 25% away. Starting to show relative strength.

$RLB: On chain tokens are making a slight comeback, with $BITCOIN up 30%. Given Friend Tech may have peaked for a couple days/weeks, maybe we could see some rotation back into our favourite on chain coins. The Rollbit thesis is simple, however: The chart looks good, sports season is starting, revenue is holding nicely and RLB is still burning at a rapid pace ($1.2m in the past 7 days).

$RDNT: Finally starting to exhibit some relative strength, likely due to the launch of their Mainnet in 2 weeks time. Radpie is also set to launch around the same time, and RDNT will also be a beneficiary from the Arbitrum short-term incentive program.

$GMX: We haven't had great volatility recently, but extended periods of contraction typically lead to rapid expansion. I don't know exactly when this will be (next week, next month etc.) but we know that when volatility returns, perp DEXs will be a major beneficiary as more fees are generated via trading volume. However, the reason I'm picking GMX here is due to the ARB incentive program, which could spike renewed interest in the ecosystem.
